【摘要】 目的　介绍自行研制的可调节加压抗旋式骨折整复器及其临床应用效果。方法　采用该整复器治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折 72例 ,对其临床资料及整复器的结构特点进行总结分析。结果　 72例均获随访 ,时间 2～ 4年。按马元璋疗效评定标准 ,优 6 2例 (86 1% ) ,良 10例 (13 9% )。骨折均愈合 ,无股骨头坏死或塌陷。结论　该整复器适用于各种类型的新鲜股骨颈骨折 ,对骨折的固定既可加压抗旋 ,又可上下调节 ,简单易行 ,创伤小 ,便于推广更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a self designed adjustable antirotary femoral neck fracture reduction apparatus, and its effect in clinical application. Methods The structure features of the apparatus were analyzed, 72 cases of femoral neck fracture were treated by the apparatus, and the clinical data reviewed. Results The average follow up period was 3 years and 2 months. The excellent and good results were seen in 62 cases (68 1%) and 10 cases (13 9%) respectively. All fractures healed without necrosis or collapse of femoral head. Conclusion The reduction apparatus has automatic compressive, antirotary, and adjustable effects. It can be applied to treat all kinds of fresh femoral neck fracture. The successful results prove that this method fix reliably, operate conveniently, produce little wound, and popularize easily.更多还原
