【摘要】 目的　评价CT仿真支气管内镜 (CTVB)的临床应用价值及限度。材料与方法　使用CTVB对 44例患者行气管、支气管树内表面成像 ,全部病例均有纤维支气管镜 (纤支镜 )对照并经病理证实。结果　CTVB对腔内病变诊断的敏感性为 75 .4% ,其特异性较低 ,假阳性率高。结论　CTVB作为一种无创诊断手段 ,可作为纤支镜的补充更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate CT virtual bronchoscopy (CTVB) in clinical practice.Materials and Methods CTVB was performed in 44 patients with the help of endoscopic software (Navigator "fly through"). The diagnosis in all patients was proved pathologically. The findings on CTVB were compared with bronchofiberoscopic results.Results The sensitivity of CTVB to the demonstration of intraluminal lesions was 75.4%, while the specificity was a little bit lower.Conclusion CTVB is a noninvasive diagnostic technique and may be served as a supplement to bronchofiberoscopy.更多还原
