【摘要】 目的　明确乳腺癌的CT表现 ,探讨CT扫描在乳腺癌的诊断及术前检查的价值。材料与方法　 15 0例女性受检者 ,其中乳腺癌 3 2例 ,均经手术或病理证实。结果　CT扫描可清晰显示乳腺结构。乳腺癌的CT表现为不规则肿块影或结节状影 ,有分叶 ,边缘毛刺 ,腺体结构紊乱 ,局部皮肤受累或脂肪间隙变形、消失 ,肿瘤组织吸碘明显。CT扫描可显示腋窝转移淋巴结。结论　乳腺CT扫描优于其他方法 ,尤其在乳腺癌术前检查具有很大价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study CT signs of the breast cancer, and to evaluate preoperative CT scan in making diagnosis. Materials and Methods Of 150 patients received CT scan, 32 had surgically or pathologically proved breast cancer. CT findings were analyzed.Results (1) CT could well demonstrate the structure of the mammary gland. (2) The manifestations of breast cancer on CT were as follows: round or irregular mass, lobulated or spiculated margin, disordered glandular architecture, involvement of local skin, and deformed fatty space. Tumor absorbed iodine markedly.Conclusion CT scanning is superior to other examinations in detecting mammary lesions, and preoperative CT scan is especially valuable for the diagnosis of breast cancer.更多还原
