【摘要】 目的　探讨高龄肺癌病人临床特点、手术治疗的可行性及选择术式。方法　对 46例 70岁以上肺癌的临床资料回顾分析。结果　全组病人均施行全身麻醉下肺癌切除术 ,术后并发症 13例 (2 8.2 6 % ) ,45例痊愈出院 ,1例自动出院 ,无死亡。结论　高龄肺癌病人器官功能及机体抵抗力减退 ,多合并慢性疾病 ,对开胸手术耐受性差 ,并发症多。年龄不是手术的绝对禁忌因素 ,应评定其临床综合功能 ,对 、 期病人 ,尽力争取手术治疗 ,应重视围手术期处理 ,术中多保留正常肺组织 ,尽量避免作全肺切除更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the clinical characteristics the applicabiliry of surgical treatment,and the selection of surgical methods the pulmonary carcinoma sufferers over 70.Method Retrospective clinical data were analyged for 46 pulmonary carcinoma sufferers over 70.Results All patients received pulmonary carcinoma incision under general anesthesia.In followup,13 patients(28.26%) developed the surgical complications,45 sufferers were cured and discharged 1 patient left the hospital automatically.None of patients died.Conclusions Elderlyspace patients with pulmonary carcinomas had a decreased organic function and body resistance,and in most cases,it occurred with many other chronic diseases.The patients has poor tolerability for the chest-open surgery,and thas had high risks for developing complications.The age is not an absolute contraindication of the surgery,and the comprehensive evaluation on the clinical functions is needed. It was better to try surgical treatment on the patients of Stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ.It should be emphasized on the peri operational management.We should try to keep the normal tissues as much as possible and to avoid the entire lung incision.更多还原
