【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声 (CDS)对小儿嵌顿性腹股沟疝的应用价值。方法　应用CDS对 2 0例嵌顿疝患儿进行检测。结果　应用CDS诊断嵌顿疝敏感性 10 0 % ;特异性 10 0 % ;确定疝内容物为卵巢或含气肠管的准确性性 10 0 %。CDS显示疝内容物、睾丸血流灌注与手术结果相符。结论　CDS可显示疝内容物、睾丸的形态变化和血流灌注 ,是嵌顿疝首选的检查方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the use of color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of incarcerated inguinal hernia in children.Methods We examined 20 cases of the children with incarcerated inguinal hernia by CDS.Result The sensibility was 100%.the specificity was 100%.The correct rate in determining ovary and intestine with gas was 100%.Conclusion The CDS can show the shape and the blood flow of hernia and testes.It is the fist choice in the diagnosis of incarcerated inguinal hernia.更多还原
