【摘要】 目的　研究二尖瓣狭窄程度与左房充盈分数的关系。方法　分别用二维和多普勒超声测量了 43例窦性心律二尖瓣狭窄患者的二尖瓣口开放面积和左房充盈分数 ,并与 2 0例正常人对照 ,进行统计学分析。结果　二尖瓣狭窄患者的左房充盈分数较正常人显著降低 ,不同二尖瓣口面积的患者之间左房充盈分数也有显著差异。结论　二尖瓣狭窄时左房充盈分数下降 ,并且和狭窄程度呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the degree of mitral stenosis (MS) and atrial filling fraction (AFF).Methods 43 patients in sinus rhythm with mild-to-severe mitral stenosis and 20 control subjects were studied with two-dimensional and continuous wave Doppler echocardiography for measurement of mitral valve area and AFF.Results The AFF in patients with MS decreased obviously than that in controls.There were significant differences in AFF among patients with different mitral valve area.Conclusion The AFF decreases in patients with MS and positively corelated with the degree of MS.更多还原
