宝钢连铸中间罐热状态测试与分析

【摘要】 连铸中间罐内钢水温度是炼钢生产过程的重要工艺参数之一,影响该参数的因素很多,通过对宝钢炼钢部60t中间罐的罐衬热状态进行测试,分析了罐衬蓄热状况对中间罐钢水温度的影响。

【Abstract】 The temperature of molten steel in tundish, which is affected by many factors, is one of the important process parameters during steelmaking production. The influence of heat status of refractory lines on the temperature of molten steel in tundish is analyzed by measuring the temperature of refractory lines of 60t tundish at Steelmaking Plant of Baosteel.
