“电子政府”的内涵和架构

【摘要】 本文从介绍“电子政府”的发展背景入手 ,分析了“电子政府”的内涵及其带来的主要影响 ,然后文章从六个方面提出构建“电子政府”的架构和主要任务

【Abstract】 Electronic Government is nothing short of a fundamental transformation of government and governance. This paper conceptualizes e-government and explores its missions. Then the influences e-government brings are analyzed in detail and a theory frame of e-government is established on six-dimensions.
