喷射床电解槽在锌电积中的应用

【摘要】 通过对湿法炼锌中锌电解沉积过程的具体分析 ,认为喷射床电解槽在电流效率、能耗和投资费用等方面比原有传统的电解槽有很强的优势。着重讨论了喷射床这种新型三维颗粒电极电解池的构造、特征、相关理论和研究状况

【Abstract】 The process of zinc electrodeposition with the spouted bed cell was analysed. The structure, characteristics of the spouted bed cell were discussed and the theoretical progress was presented. The spouted bed cell is superior to the traditional electrowinning cell in terms of current efficiency, energy consumption and capital investment.
