【Abstract】 From the sights of enterprise, commercial bank and government, the paper analyzes the financing diffculties which are plaguing China’s medium and small-sized enterprises and explores the financing mechanism in the US and Germany. Finally, it offers countermeasures to these enterprises for warding off the financing snags: improvement of their own management setting and financing environment, strengthening of the banking service’s functions, establishment of an information & consultant system and diversification of funding channels for their financing teamwork.更多还原
