【摘要】 目的：通过对两种不同心理状态下人工流产术(以下简称人流)病人接受异丙酚麻醉的效果比较，探索心理因素对异丙酚药效的影响。方法：将215例无痛人流病例分为两组，A组(n=130)，为术前1～2天预约的病例，并向其说明有关麻醉和手术的常识，让病人有较充分的心理准备。B组(n=85)，当日来诊接受无痛人流或常规人流术不能耐受者。对两组的麻醉效果、用药量及SPO2、HR、SBP等指标进行对比观察。结果：A组麻醉效果优良率与B组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组的麻醉药用量之间也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。B组病人术前、术中HR、SBP都明显高于A组(P<0.5)。两组病例对手术经过均无记忆，但B组病人麻醉中恶梦发生率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论：心理状态对异丙酚的麻醉效果有影响，充分的心理准备、良好的心理状态对异丙酚药效有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe how psychological factors influence the efficacy of propofol by comparing induced aborion in two kinds of different mind states. Method: We divided 215 cases of induced abortion without ache into two groups. Those in group A(n=130) who had made an apointment one or two days earlier before operation were made to know the knowledge of anaesthesia and operation. They had better psychological preparation. Those in group B(n=85) who either came for induced painless abortion with no appointment before or couldn’t stand the regular induced abortion We compared and obsered the indexex such as anaesthesia effect, drug dose and SPO2, HR and SBP. Result: The anaesthesia effectiveness was signiticant difference between the two groups (P<0.5) and so was the drug dose. The HR and SBP in group B were much higher than those in group A (P<0.5) before or during the operation. Both of them had no memory of the operation, but the ouurrence rate of nightmare in group B was clearly higher than that in group A during anaesthesia (P<0.5). Conclusion: Psychological factors play an importont role in the anaesthesia effectiveness of propofl and better psychological preparation may have a coordinated effect on propofol.更多还原
