400℃Cu-Bi-Te三元系及相平衡关系
STUDIES ON THE PHASE RELATIONS IN THE TERNARY SYSTEM Cu-Bi-Te AT 400℃
【摘要】 利用干法真空石英玻璃管合成实验方法成功地构筑了Cu Bi Te三元系 4 0 0℃时的相平衡图。在此实验温度条件下 ,该相图中除了存在着 8个已知的矿物相、1个合成的Bi Te二元相和 2个液相共熔区外 ,同时还存在着一个新的Cu Te二元相Cu9Te5以及两个Cu Bi Te三元相CuBiTe和Cu3BiTe3。
【Abstract】 Studies of phase diagrams of the Cu-Bi-Te system were conducted under dry experiment conditions by evacuated silica tube technique at 400℃. This ternary system investigated shows the presence of one new binary phase Cu 9Te 5 and two new ternary phases CuBiTe and Cu 3BiTe 3, in addition to eight phases occurring in nature as minerals: tellurium Te, hedleyite Bi 2Te, pilsenite Bi 4Te 3, tsumoite BiTe, tellurobismuthite Bi 2Te 3, copper Cu, website Cu 2Te, rickardite Cu 2.86 Te 2, and one synthesized phase Bi 2Te 5 in the binary Bi-Te join. At 400℃, tellurium Te and copper Cu only stably coexist with tellurium-rich and bismuth-rich liquid fields in this system, respectively.
