【摘要】 目的 :评价牙康 (甲硝唑棒 )治疗深牙周袋的作用。方法 :牙康 +刮治治疗 7名牙周炎患者的 7个深牙周袋位点 ,单纯刮治另 7个位点为对照。治疗后 7天、2 8天观察龈下微生物变化及临床疗效。结果 :牙康治疗后龈下总细菌数及能动菌、梭形杆菌、螺旋体百分比显著降低 ,7天时显著低于对照 ,配合刮治 2 8天时探深显著低于治疗前 ;而单纯刮治后探深无显著降低。结论 :牙康 +刮治治疗深牙周袋 ,能快而有效地抑制龈下致病微生物 ,临床效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was designed to evaluate the effec t of Yakang (local metronizole ) on deep pockets lesions. Methods: Seven sites with deep pockets in 7 adult patients were treated by Yakang and mechanical treatment (test sites). Other 7 sites in different quadant in th e same patients were treated only by mechanical methods as control. Clinical and subgingival bacterial changes were observed at baseline, 7 days and 28 days. Results: The mean of ttal bacteria counts per ml,the perce ntages of motile rods,fusiforms,small, medium-size and large spiroches reduced s ignificantly after treatment by Yakang.They were all significantly lower than th at in control sites at 7 days.The pocket depth on sites treated by Yakang+root p laning decreased significantly at 28 day. However, the declination of PD in cont rol group was no statistical significance.Conclusions: Yak ang could eliminate or suppressed the subgingival microorganisms especially peri odontal pathogens more quickly and more efficiently in deep pockets than mechani cal method. The combination of Yakang and mechanical treatment could obtain the better clinical results than that of only mechanical treatment in one month.更多还原
