【摘要】 介绍了BESⅡ上正在运行的顶点探测器基本结构、特点和性能 (覆盖95%× 4π立体角 ,空间分辨σr≈ 1 0 0 μm ,σz≈ 2mm) ,及工作方式和电子学读出 ,并进一步介绍它在北京谱仪上的作用

【Abstract】 The structure and pertormance of vertex chamber of BESⅡ are described. It covers 95%×4π of solid angle with the spatial resolution of σ r ≈100μm and σ z ≈2mm respectively.
