【Abstract】 This paper discusses the two ways to improve supply chain efficiency. One is using information shar-ing to solve bullwhip effect, the other is through electronic commerce( EC), which makes supply chain more effective and more efficient by intergrating EC with management information system. This paper also analyses some advantages and drawbacks of using internet framework to build information sharing and electronic com-merce system.
