【Abstract】 The mathematic model for translation between different geodetical datum in nations which are close neighbours has been put forward based upon the geodetic theory with GPS’s geometrical observations. And the transformation for the elements from the normal ellipsoid to WGS-84 normal ellipsoid has been dealt with in this paper.
