【摘要】 目的 :探讨过敏性紫癜 (HSP)的治疗方案。方法 :采用四种不同的方案治疗HSP15 2例 ,观察疗效。结果 :丹参对各型HSP均有良好疗效 ,而氢化考的松短期应用可迅速缓解关节痛、腹痛等症状。青霉素对与感染有关的HSP有一定治疗作用。结论 :根据HSP发病的不同时期单独或联合应用不同的治疗方法 ,缩短病程 ,提高治愈率。更多还原
