【Abstract】 It is the Chinese history in the 20th century, especially the history of CPC since 1921, that expresses such a truth: only socialism can save and develop China. Mao Zedong led the Chinese People to take the way of socialism, but he made serious mistakes in his old ages in the aspect as to how to adhere to the way of socialism. Deng Xiao ping answered scientifically the important problem as to why and how to insist on the way of socialism on the basis of summarizing the historical experiences and lessons.
