氯化钾对富钛溶液中Al3+的净化作用
Purging Aluminium Cation in Rich Titanium Solution with Potassium Chloride
【摘要】 在富钛精矿酸解所得的溶液中加入 KCl,便形成以 KAl(SO4) 2 为主的沉淀 ,过滤沉淀可以去除 Al3 +杂质。试验研究了 KCl的加入量和溶液温度对 Al3 +沉淀率的影响。结果表明 KCl的加入量大于溶液质量的 2 0 %、溶液温度为 2 5℃时 ,Al3 +沉淀率已达到 75%以上 ,从而制备出了合格钛溶液
【Abstract】 KCl was added into rich titanium solution containing Al 3+ to produce KAl(SO 4) 2 as precipitate,Al 3+ in solution was removed.The quantity of KCl and temperature in solution influence deposition ratio of Al 3+ .The results show that precipitation of aluminium cations was more than75% when the mass of KCl was larger than 20% of the solution and temperature was 25℃,75% of Al 3+ was removed.Thus the qualified titanium solution was got .
