天然金刚石结构中氢的赋存状态
OCCURRENCE OF THE HYDROGEN IN NATURAL DIAMOND STRUCTURE
【摘要】 利用振动光谱 (IR、RAMAM)研究金刚石结构中的含氢物相 ,发现金刚石结构中存在晶格氢和间隙氢两种。其中 HF的存在为首次提出。同时不同的含氢物相在金刚石结构中的赋存状态不尽相同
【Abstract】 A research project has been carried out on the Hydrogen bearing phase in diamond structure using vibration spectrurn. It is found that there are two types of Hydrogen i.e. Lattice Hydrogen and intermittent Hydrogen. The occurrence of HF in them is proposed for the first time. Meanwhile, Various Bearing Hydrogen phases show different occurrence states in diamond Structure.
