【摘要】 目的　观察CO2 冷冻治疗原发性三叉神经痛的远期疗效。方法　对 5 6例确诊为原发性三叉神经痛的患者 ,手术显露相关神经末稍 ,- 5 0℃进行 4个冻融周期 ,每次间隔 2min。结果　局部麻木感在术后 2个月内恢复正常 ,4个月止痛率 10 0 %。 6个月内无效率为 1.79% ,5年内复发率为 3.75 % ,5年以上未见复发病例。结论　CO2 冷冻治疗原发性三叉神经痛手术简单、安全。对神经组织的破坏是可逆性的。远期疗效显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the forward treating effects of primary trigeminal neuralgia with CO 2 cryosurgery. Methods There were 56 patients who were diagnosed as primary trigeminal neuralgia. Through operation the relative nerve endings were denuded and four frozen periods were perfomed under -50℃ every 2 min. Results The local anesthesia feeling renewed in two months after operation. The tractable pain rate was 100% after four months. The ineffective rate was 1.79% in six mouths. The recurrent rate was 3.57% in five years and no recurrent cases were found beyond five years. Conclusion The method showed that the operation was simple, safe and the damage to the nerve was reversible. The forward curative effects were obvious.更多还原
