【摘要】 目的 :建立芙朴感冒胶囊中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用 HPL C法 ,C1 8柱 ,甲醇 -水 (35 :6 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80 nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .7% ;RSD为 1.7%。结论 :本法简便快捷 ,精密度好 ,回收率高 ,可用于芙朴感冒胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To establish the method of determination of the content of Actiin in Fupoganmao capsules. METHODS:HPLC was used to determine on C 18 column, methanol water (35:65) mixture as mobile phase,with detection at 280nm. RESULTS: The linearity of this method was well, the recovery of the added sample of Arctiin was 100.7%.CONCLUSION:This method shows good separating degree and can be used for quality control of Fupoganmao capsules.更多还原
