【Abstract】 Heating of new residential building should adopt de centralized measure ment of heat, which aims to save energy in heating operation, provide residents with way of control and adjustment according to comfortable degree. Design of de centralized measurement is discussed in the paper and more requirements for indo or heating system are put forward.
