垃圾渗滤液预处理——氨吹脱
Study on Refuse Landfill Leachate Pretreatment by Ammonia Stripping
【摘要】 用不同的曝气方式 (射流曝气、鼓风曝气、表面曝气 )对垃圾渗滤液进行了氨吹脱预处理试验研究。结果表明 ,在同样的功率下 ,射流曝气效果最佳。分析认为其主要原因在于射流曝气具有良好的切割与传质功能。同时对表面曝气进行了生产性试验研究 ,结果表明 ,在调节池前端增加表面曝气吹脱处理后 ,可以得到 68%的氨氮去除率和 76%的COD去除率 ,而无表面曝气吹脱时 ,调节池对氨氮和COD的去除率仅为 2 7%和 2 2 %。研究认为 ,影响氨氮去除的主要因素是池子构造、吹脱方法以及生物行为
【Abstract】 Pilot plant test on pretreatment of refuse landfill leachate by ammonia stripping process with different aeration methods (jet, blast and surface) were conducted. The results show that best effect has been obtained by jet aeration with same power consumption. It is held that this might be resulted from the best functions of cutting and mass transferring offered by jet aeration. Meantime a full scale research was conducted on surface aeration to compare the overall effect with or without surface stripping before the regulation tank. The result shows that the pre surface stripping is beneficial, and in case with pre surface stripping, overall removals over 68% and 76% for NH 3 N and COD can be obtained respectively. However in case without pre surface stripping, only 27% and 22% of overall removals for NH 3 N and COD respectively can be obtained. In the viewpoint of this paper, the removal of NH 3 N is depending on the configuration of tank, stripping methods and microorganisms.
