【摘要】 在分析国外一些实例的基础上 ,从污水排海工程运行管理的角度出发 ,就纳污海域监测范围的划分、监测项目的确定、纳污海域特别是污水场中采样点时空布置原则与方法、采样频率的选择等进行了探讨与论述 ;提出了基于指导污水排海工程运行管理的纳污海域监测方案建立的一般原则与方法。并以宁波小港污水排海示范工程为实例 ,在对其投入使用后运行情况和海域环境功能调研的基础上 ,建立了示范工程的纳污海域环境监测系统方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of some ocean outfall practices abroad, this paper discussed the establishment of marine environmental monitoring system of wastewater receiving area. Some problems such as the watching area partitioning, determination of monitoring items, the temporal and spatial distribution of sampling sites in the pollution receiving area and the sampling frequency were described in detail. Consequently the general principle and approaches to establish an environmental monitoring system for ocean pollution outfall were proposed. As a practical example, Xiaogang ocean outfall demonstration project in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province was presented in this paper. This monitoring system was programmed according to the operation and function of this demonstration project.更多还原
