油田射孔器耐高温超高压自动检测系统

【摘要】 主要介绍了油田射孔器耐高温超高压自动检测系统的设计与实现 ,并讨论了超高压控制系统、温度控制系统以及控制软件的设计。该系统具有检测精度高、工作安全可靠、操作简便等特点。该系统中的超高压 (大于 2 0 0MPa)液压控制系统的研制成功 ,填补了国内的空白。

【Abstract】 The design and realization of automatic detecting system for oil field gun perforator resistance of ultrahigh hydraulic pressure and high temperature are discussed in this paper. In addition, the design of control systems for ultrahigh pressure and temperature and the design of control software are also discussed. The system is noted of its simple operation, high detecting precision, working safety and reliability etc. A domestic gap is supplied by the success of research for an ultrahigh hydraulic pressure(≥200MPa) control system.
