关于ATM技术中的障碍与未决之问题

【摘要】 本文主要探讨了当前ATM技术发展中存在的一些亟待解决的问题,包括信令标准的混乱、服务质量约定支持的缺乏、拥塞控制算法的不统一、与传统网络互联的困难、PNNI路由算法的有效性和防火墙功能等六个方面。

【Abstract】 Some key deficiencies and open issues of the current ATM technology development are suggested in this paper. They are signaling standardization, QoS support,congestion control, interworking with legacy networks, PNNI routing algorithms and firewall function.
