【摘要】 目的 探讨如何根据不同损伤性质的周围神经选择不同的修复时机。 方法 根据不同损伤性质对468例513条周围神经损伤应用显微外科技术选择一期修复和二期修复；对周围神经损伤在不同修复时机的疗效及重要性进行评价、对比分析。 结果 锐器伤急诊一期修复优良率达89．3％，锐器伤、嵌压伤、急性神经受压急诊修复疗效明显优于3～6周内的早二期修复及二期修复，撕裂伤、火器伤、电击伤、严重挤压伤二期修复疗效明显优于一期修复。 结论 对周围神经损伤修复，选择一期复还是二期修复应根据不同神经损伤性质来决定。更多还原
