【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒诊断心肌梗塞后室壁瘤形成的应用价值。 方法 应用彩色多普勒对患者进行多切面探查。 结果 20例中，心尖部室壁瘤18例，后下壁室壁瘤2例，伴有假性室壁瘤形成1例，室间隔穿孔2例，左室血栓1例，心包积液4例，二尖瓣关闭不全6例。 结论 彩色多普勒能显示室壁瘤部位、大小，并及时发现其他严重并发症，对制定治疗方案、判断预后及疗效评价具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of using Color Dopple Echocardiography in diagnosis of left ventricular aneurysms after myocardial infarction． Methods 20 cases with left ventricular aneurysms after myocardial infarction were observed by Color Doppler Echocardiography with various sections． Results In 20 patients there were 18 apical and 2 posterior aneurysms． There were 1 patient complicated with rupture of left ventricular free wall and ventricular pseudo aneurysm， 2 patients with rupture of interventricular septum， 1 patient with left ventricle thrombosis， 4 patients with pericardial effusion and 6 patients with mitral regurgitation． Conclusion Color Doppler Echocardiography plays very important role in discovering the location and extension of left ventricular aneurysms， diagnosing complications， drawing up the program of theatment， evaluating the progress and prognosis．更多还原
