【Abstract】 A real time displacement measuring system is established for welding deformation. This system has high precision for both displacement and temperature by shielding sensors from strong welding interference. With this system the vertical and horizontal displacements of a point in the welding high temperature area are measured at the same time and get its locus during welding. This system is also used to reduce welding deformation of real structures by optimizing processing.更多还原
