弯曲板中的包申格效应及制管工艺对管体屈服强度的影响
BAUSCHINGER EFFECT OF BENDED PLATES AND INFLUENCE OF MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY ON YIELD STRENGTH OF TUBE BODY
【摘要】 采用X6 5钢板在四点弯曲加载条件下 ,模拟输油管制管过程中不同应变量下的应力—应变过程 ,研究包申格效应对输油管管体屈服强度的影响。发现随预压缩变形增大 ,包申格效应严重 ,但预压缩变形达 -13 5 0 0 με时 ,包申格效应达到饱和。制管过程中的包申格效应及制管过程中引入的高弹复应力 ,使螺旋焊管及直缝焊管管体屈服强度明显低于板卷屈服强度。水压试验可提高管体微量屈服强度σt0 .1 、σt 0 .2 等 ,但对API标准所规定的σt 0 .5 作用不大。因而在设计和制造输油管时 ,所选板卷屈服强度必须留有足够余量
【Abstract】 It is investigated that the influence of Bauschinger Effect on yield strength of tube body by using four point bending test to simulate the tube making process at varying stress strain amplitudes. It shows that the Bauschinger Effect becomes severe as pre compressive strain increase, but becomes saturated when pre compressive strain arrives -13 500 με. The yield strength decrease of SSAW and ERW tube body can be attributed to both Bauschinger Effect and high springback stress incurred by manufacturing process. The hydraustatic test can enhance the yield strength at the micro plastic deformation, such as σ t 0.1 , σ t 0.2 , but has no effect on σ t 0.5 , which is specified by API specification. Based on above consideration, Maintaining enough strength margin is necessary in purchasing rolled plate for pipeline project.
