【摘要】 对棉花柱头外露 4个光敏种质的不同叶龄期幼苗进行 16h长日照处理。据观察结果表明 :在南昌地区夏播条件下 ,凡通过 1真叶期后的各叶龄期的自然光照 (13 .84h)处理 ,接着再给长日照 ,不能控制棉株现蕾的出现 ;只有在棉苗子叶期给予长日照 ,棉株才可能不现蕾。该类种质进行光照试验必须在 1真叶平展以前进行处理才能得到正确的结论。棉花柱头外露光敏种质感光敏感期为子叶期至 1真叶期更多还原

【Abstract】 Four cotton germplasms with stigma showing which are sensitive to daylight were treated with 16 hours day length at different seedling leaf ages. The result indicated that (i) sowing in summer in Nanchang (Jiangxi province) area, bud can’t be inhibited if plants are treated with long day length when plants grow at normal conddition (13.84 hours day length) to the later first euphylis stage; (ii) plants can’t bud if treated with long day length at the cotyledon stage. So the study on the effect of the day length on this type of cotton germplasm growth should be treated before the first euphylis stage. The sensitive stage of cotton germplasm with stigma showing sensitive to daylight is between the cotyledon stage and the first euphylis stage.更多还原
