【摘要】 在国外,硫酯类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂的消费量之比为1:2.0~3.7,国内约为1:4~5。国外DLTP等硫酯类抗氧剂占有较大的市场份额是与其生产工艺不断改进有关的。抗氧剂DLTP有四种生产工艺,分别是β-氯丙酰氯工艺、丙烯腈工艺、丙烯酸工艺和丙烯酸酯工艺。北京加成助剂研究所开发了酯交换法新工艺,该生产工艺只需两步化学反应、流程短、原料少、三废污染少,产品质量好,抗热氧化能力和抗铜害老化性能高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The consumption ratio of the sulphur ester antioxidant to phoshite ester antioxidant is 1: 2. 0 ~ 3. 7 abroad, and it is 1:4~5 at home. The sulphur ester antioxidant such as DLTP occupies a bigger market share abroad, which lies in the persistent improvements in process. There are four processes of antioxidant DLTP including B-chloropropyl acyl chloride process, acrylonitrile process, acrylic acid process and acrylate process. Beijing Jia-cheng Institute of Additives developed the new process of ester exchange which involves two step chemical reactions and is characterized by short flow, less raw materials, reduced three wastes pollution, and better quality of product with higher thermal oxidation and anticop-per ageing property.更多还原
