【摘要】 在制造业竞争激烈化、全球化的时代背景下，提出了制造资源信息服务平台这一网络化、信息化制造模式，其目的是通过信息的沟通和不同企业间在技术、设备、人员等方面的合作，充分利用现有社会制造资源，达到企业间资源与核心能力的互补，以实现快速响应市场和降低制造成本的双重目标。提出了该系统的信息集成框架，包括资源、功能、管理和技术的集成，它具有信息的针对性、完备性和逻辑性的特点。在此基础上进行了较为详细的功能设计，并分析了构筑该系统所需解决的关键问题和所用到的关键技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of manufacturing industry globalization and market competition being more intensive, the Manufacturing Resource Information Service Platform (MRISP) based on Internet＆ Intranet is presented in this paper. By using Internet means, the MRISP provides a functional platform that allow enterprises to communicate and collaborate with one another on manufacturing resources, such as technology resources, equipment and human－ resource, etc. and make use of them more effectively. Thus will achieve the goal of rapid response to market and saving the costs of manufacturing. The integrated infrastructure of information, including the levels of resources integration, function integration, management integration and technology integration is analyzed and described. According to customers’ potential needs, the detailed functions of this system are designed and partly realized. Key problems and core technologies used in the system are presented and analyzed.更多还原
