【摘要】 论述了电子文献、网络信息在图书馆所引发的服务方式、管理手段等方面的深刻变革 ,并就目前存在的问题以及如何解决这些问题构建了定位模式

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the profound changes in modes of service and methods of management that electronic document and network information caused in the field of library.The author also points out the problems that exist in this field and their resolutions.
