【摘要】 就科技查新过程中保障查新质量的文献资源、检索技术和查新结论的规范化管理的三个关键环节 :数据库的选择、主题词的选择及查新论证做了详尽阐述 ,力求全方位提高科技查新质量

【Abstract】 The retrieval database-selected、subject term-selected and demonstration course are key factors in the novelty search,which guarantee the quality of novelty search of the document resources、techniques of information retrieval and standardization management.
