现代航运管理中船员调配方案的研究与实现

【摘要】 通过分析船员调配方案中存在的问题，着重阐述了现代航运管理中船员调配方案 的设计思想和具体实现技术。该系统的建立为现代航运中的船员档案管理、船员调配等问题提供 了科学的管理方法

【Abstract】 This paper analysis the problems in the seaman dispatching and management, and discusses the designing idea and realizing technology of the seaman dispatching and management in the present sea transportation. The system provides a scientific method for the seaman file management and distributing management.
