【Abstract】 From the point of view of economic externalities,contrasting analysis of gas vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles is made and such conclusion was drawn that fuel vehicles had negative externalities and gas had positive externalities.And it’s concidered that in order to deal with such externalities and prompt the development of gas vehicles,some interventions by the government is necessary.更多还原
