【摘要】 对价格为 2 0 2元 /块和 10元 /块的硬质合金拉丝模A和B在同样的工艺设备条件下进行试验。比较两者吨模磨损、吨丝模耗、断丝次数、平均锌层损失及吨丝电耗。经比较分析认为价格贵的A模的综合成本明显低于B模 ,规模生产时用A模可带来显著效益。选择拉丝模时不能仅考虑价格的高低 ,而应考虑全过程的损耗 ,正确选择拉丝模可有效降低成本更多还原

【Abstract】 To test hard alloy wire drawing die A whose price is RMB 20.2 yuan a piece and B whose price is 10 yuan a piece under same process equipment conditions.The wear and tear of the die per tone steel wire,wire broken times?average loss of Zn coat and electricity energy consumption per tone steel wire of both A and B are compared.The synthetical cost of die A is less than that of die B obviously though die A is dear,and die A can bring about good benifit during a large scale production.Don’t think about the price of die only,the whole consumption should be thought when selecting wire drawing die.Correct selection of die can cut cost down efficiently.更多还原
