【摘要】 结合我国现有热镀锌设备制造技术的发展状况 ,介绍一种新型内加热式浸镀锅。该浸镀锅采用由高导热非金属材料制成一个槽形TS内胆加热。它具有寿命长 ,耐锌蚀且有足够机械强度。新设计的主回路和控制回路可保证锌液温度精度控制在± 1℃ ,实际应用经济效益显著

【Abstract】 To introduce a kind of new type inner heating ceramic pot for galvanizing by dipping combined with present development states of manufacturing technology of galvanizing by dipping equipment at home The pot is heated by a groove shape TS inner sleeve made of non metal material with high capacity of heat transmission The Zn corrosion resistant inner sleeve has long service life and high mechanical strength New designed main loop and control loop may ensure Zn fluid temperature accuracy to be controlled at ±℃ Practical application shows that the economic benefit is significant
