【Abstract】 We analyzed the difficulties of traditional method of retrieval and introduced the highlights of content based image retrieval systems, its structure modules and general processing methods. Our emphases focused on three parts: the extraction and presentation of the visual feature of image, the optimization approaches for the performance of image retrieval systems and then introduction to the most famous retrieval systems in existence.At last, some open topics have been presented about content based image retrieval that we think need pay attention to and deserve further research.更多还原
