【摘要】 在分析、比较数据库和知识库的各方面优缺点的基础上，介绍了专家数据库EDS的有关概念，并给出一个专家数据库系统的设计方案，最后详细阐述了系统的实现过程。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces some concepts of Expert Database System (EDS) on the comparing between Database and Knowledge Base. And gives a method to design an EDS, then the details of implementation process.
