【Abstract】 The Marine Natural Products Database(MNPD) consists of about 8 000 natural productes with the information of there molecular structures,biological resources, bioactivities, physical and chemical parameters and references. MNPD was constructed based on XML and some chemical information was encoded with CML. The integration of XML into MNPD enhances the performance of the database with XML features and makes it easier to upgrade and extend.更多还原
