有机酮的结构与Kovats指数的相关性拓扑指数法研究

【摘要】 在色谱分析中 ,色谱保留指数 (Kovats指数 )作为定性指标的保留值是一种较为可靠的参数。应用拓扑指数法研究有机酮类化合物的色谱保留指数 ,并通过多元回归分析得到了有机结构与色谱保留指数的良好的相关性 ,当测定某一个色谱保留指数时便可估计其结构特征 ,从而为酮类化合物的色谱定性分析提供可靠的信息。

【Abstract】 Applied topological index to study chromatographical retention index of ketone in the chromatographical analysis provide for information qualitative analysis and obtains better linear relativity by multivariate linear rogression (MLR) method.
