【摘要】 目的 :探讨长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员健康的影响 ,为改进放射防护工作提供依据。方法 :对 3 4 6名放射工作人员进行外照射个人剂量监测和临床检查与分析。结果 :所检对象人均年剂量当量为 1.3 9～ 3 .85 m Sv,属低剂量照射 ;放射组神衰征候群检出率和眼晶状体混浊阳性率显著高于对照组 ,且与放射工龄呈正比 ;放射组手部皮肤及指甲出现特异性改变 ,外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和红细胞、血红蛋白减少率显著增高。结论 :长期小剂量电离辐射仍可对人体造成一定健康损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this survey was to explore the potential adverse effect in low level long term ionizing radiation exposure on human health, and to provide the scientific basis for improving radiation protection Method: Both measure of individual exposed doses in external irradiate radiation and physical examination were used among those 346 exposed workers Results: It was showed that the mean radiation-exposure equivalent in a year ranged from 1 39 to 3 85 mSv, the observed prevalence rate of neurasthenia and lenticular clouding increased separately, in radiation-exposed workers compared to the control group, and these changes were direct related with workers’ length of service Also, there were specific changes in finger skin and fingernail Chromosome teralogenetic rate of lymphocytes in blood increased; both WBC and Hb in blood significantly decreased Conclusion: It was suggested that low level long term radiation-exposure may be still inducing health risks更多还原
