Al2O3陶瓷的氢致滞后断裂
HYDROGEN-INDUCED DELAYED FRACTURE OF ALUMINA CERAMICS
【摘要】 Al2O3封装陶瓷在恒载荷下动态充氢能发生氢致滞后断裂,其门槛应力强度因子为 KIH=0.71KIC(i=20 mA/cm2)及 0.45KIC(i=400 mA/cm2)氢致开裂区全是沿晶断口,而空拉断口则是沿晶和解理构成的混合断口.
【Abstract】 Hydrogen-induced delayed fracture could occur in alumina ceramics during dynamic charging under constant load. The threshold stress intensity factors were KIH=0.71KIC (i=20 mA/cm2) and 0.45KIC(i=400 mA/cm2), respectively. The fracture surface of hydrogen-induced delayed fracture was intergranular, but that of overloading fracture was mixed intergranular and transgranular.
