激光直接堆积成形铜合金的组织及性能

【摘要】 基于快速成型原理 ,采用激光熔化同轴输送的铜合金粉末 ,在沉积基板上直接制备出具有一定复杂外形的零件。零件组织致密 ,成分均匀 ,力学性能较铸态有所提高 ,能满足直接使用的性能要求。

【Abstract】 Based upon the mechanism of rapid prototyping,copper alloy components with complicated shape were directed deposited on base table through laser melting metallic powders which were delivered coaxially.The obtained microstructure is fully dense and evenly distributed.The mechanical properties are somewhat higher than that for casting,and meet the requirement for real usage.
