渗碳钢的淬透性与热处理畸变
Hardenability of Carburizing Steel and Heat Treatment Distortion
【摘要】 通过对渗碳钢化学成分与淬透性关系的测试及淬透性对渗碳件热处理畸变影响的分析 ,认为采用H钢的螺旋伞齿轮热处理后精度比普通钢高出 70 %~ 80 %。故应严格控制钢的淬透性波动范围 ,并选用Jominy淬透性带 4HRC以下的H钢
【Abstract】 In this paper the relation between chemical composition and hardenability of carburizing steel,and the influence of hardenability on distortion of carburized parts are investigated.It is recognized that the accuracy of spiral bevel gear made of H steel after heat treatment is 70%~80% more than that of normal steel.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control the range of hardenability fluctuating,as well as choose H steel of Jominy hardenability band width less than 4 HRC.
