提高活塞环耐磨性的激光强化新技术

【摘要】 从多方面论述了提高发动机活塞环耐磨性的激光强化新技术,分别讨论了活塞环的激光淬火、气缸套内壁激光淬火,以及气缸套激光毛化对活塞环耐磨性的影响.结果表明,各自单独处理则都可提高活塞环寿命1倍以上.采用激光造形,则不仅可提高活塞环的使用寿命1倍, 而且降低机油消耗量 30%~ 60%,降低 HC排放量 10%~ 20%.

【Abstract】 The new laser-strengthening technologies to improve the wearability of the engine piston ring are introduced from different aspects. The effect of laser quenching of the piston ring and the inside wall of the cylinder liner,and laser texturing of the cylinder liner on the wearability of the piston ring are discussed respectively. The experimental results show that each process can make the life of the piston ring increase by 100%. The laser texturing can not only make the piston ring life increase 100%, but also decrease fuel exhaustion by 30 % -60 % and discharge of HC gas by 10 % -20 %.
