【摘要】 本文改进了文献 [1 ]的一步诊断方法 ,使测试次数减少 ,并提出了新的二步诊断方法和概率测试方法。

【Abstract】 This article improves the one step diagnostic method in to reduce the number of time of testing,and proposes a new two step method and a possibility based test method.
